Brant Hunting
Scientific Name (branta berticla)
Brant hunting is sought after on the East and West coast as well as Mexico. A small goose of the ocean shores, the Brant breeds in the high Arctic tundra and winters along both eastern and western United States searching for its preferd food eelgrass. Due to the harsh environment Brant choose to breed in they become vulnerable to breeding failure. Brant are highly social and vocal during all times of the year.
